About Me
Dr. Aparna Ramasubramanian is a pediatric ophthalmologist who specializes in treating children with eye conditions, including ocular tumors such as retinoblastoma and uveal tumors. She approaches each child holistically, involving parents and families closely in the treatment process to ensure the best outcomes and build long-term relationships.
Dr. Ramasubramanian serves as the medical director of the Wisconsin Children's ocular oncology program and is the interim division chief of pediatric ophthalmology. With dual fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology and ocular oncology, she manages complex pediatric eye diseases. She is the author of the leading textbook on retinoblastoma and has been recognized with the American Academy of Ophthalmology Achievement Award for her contributions.
