Dr. Anna Bender

Dr. Anna Bender is an ophthalmology physician who cares for patients in Eau Claire and Menomonie, Wisconsin. She takes a warm, patient-centered approach and uses evidence-based medicine to tailor treatment to each person’s needs.

Her clinical interests include cataract surgery and comprehensive ophthalmology. She works with patients on both routine and complex eye concerns, from thorough eye examinations to diagnosing and managing common eye diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, and eye infections. She also helps patients understand their options and what to expect before and after treatment.

Dr. Bender earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin and completed ophthalmology residency training at Indiana University.
