Dr. Perin is a board-certified ophthalmologist and glaucoma specialist who provides personalized medical, laser, and surgical care for patients with glaucoma. He takes time to explain each diagnosis, review options from eye drops to surgery, and tailor the plan to a patient’s health, risk profile, and daily needs. Patients value his thoughtful bedside manner and the way he coordinates care with primary-care and co-managing eye doctors.Dr. Perin graduated with honors from Baylor College of Medicine and completed ophthalmology residency at the Jones Eye Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, where he was recognized with multiple resident awards. He then pursued advanced fellowship training in glaucoma at Duke Eye Center, gaining experience with a wide range of techniques for complex disease and multidisciplinary care. From screening those at risk to managing challenging cases, Dr. Perin’s goal is to protect vision and support patients and families with clear, practical guidance over the long term.
