Dr. Amir Hajrasouliha

Dr. Mark Matson Kaehr is a retinal specialist who focuses on the diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of retinal disease. He cares for patients with conditions such as diabetic retinopathy, age-related macular degeneration, retinal vein occlusion, and retinal detachment, working to preserve sight and support long-term eye health. An Indianapolis native, Dr. Kaehr earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. He completed an ophthalmology residency at Indiana University, where he served as chief teaching resident, and then completed a surgical retina fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. He combines advanced retina training with a clear, patient-centered approach to complex eye disease.

Dr. Julia Hudson is a board-certified ophthalmologist and retina specialist who cares for adults with medical and surgical diseases of the retina and macula. In the Indianapolis region, she treats age-related macular degeneration, diabetic eye disease, retinal vein occlusions, epiretinal membranes, macular holes, and retinal tears and detachments. She also evaluates urgent symptoms such as new flashes, floaters, or a dark curtain over vision, and prioritizes timely access for suspected retinal detachment. Her visits emphasize clear explanations, practical guidance, and shared decision-making. Dr. Hudson trained at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute at the University of Miami for both residency and fellowship, following medical school at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. She offers modern imaging, in-office injection and laser treatments, and minimally invasive vitrectomy when needed, working closely with referring optometrists and physicians to deliver coordinated, evidence-based care.

Dr. Frank N. Hrisomalos is a vitreoretinal specialist who provides comprehensive medical and surgical care for diseases of the retina and vitreous. He treats conditions such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and diabetic macular edema, retinal detachments, retinal tears, retinal vascular occlusions, and inflammatory eye disease. His practice offers advanced retinal diagnostics, including OCT and angiography, and performs procedures such as vitrectomy, scleral buckle, retinal laser and cryotherapy, pneumatic retinopexy, and intravitreal injections. Dr. Hrisomalos completed residency training in ophthalmology at Indiana University School of Medicine and advanced fellowship training in vitreoretinal disease and surgery at Washington University in St. Louis. He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.
