Dr. Alyssa Wenger

Dr. Alyssa Wenger is a board-certified ophthalmologist who has been providing top-quality eye care at the Vision Care Center of Northeast Arkansas since 2006. She serves patients in Jonesboro, Paragould, and the surrounding communities, accepting individuals of all ages for a comprehensive range of medical and surgical eye needs. Dr. Wenger is currently accepting new patients.

Her clinical expertise includes cataract surgery, retinal conditions, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, and macular degeneration. Whether you need a new pair of glasses, are considering cataract surgery, or have concerns about other vision issues, Dr. Wenger takes the time to discuss how you can work together to improve or maintain your vision and quality of life.

Dr. Wenger completed her medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and her ophthalmology residency at the same institution. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Medical Association, the Arkansas Ophthalmology Society, and the Arkansas Medical Society. She holds hospital privileges at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center and several surgery centers in Jonesboro.
