Dr. Zachary G. Klett is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeon who focuses on plastic and reconstructive surgery of the eyelids, orbit, and tear-drainage system. He has practiced as an oculoplastic specialist since 1994 and cares for patients seeking both functional and cosmetic improvements around the eyes.
At Eye Care of Maine, Dr. Klett treats concerns such as eyelid drooping or malposition, eyelid lesions, tear duct problems, and orbital disorders, including Thyroid Eye Disease. He also offers therapeutic and cosmetic BOTOX injections and cosmetic IPL treatments when appropriate. Earlier in his career, he served as Assistant Professor and Director of Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery at the Yale Eye Center and has practiced in both academic and private settings.
