About Me
Dr. Thomas J.E. Clark is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery. He focuses on problems of the eyelids, orbit, and surrounding facial structures, helping patients improve both eye health and function.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed ophthalmology internship and residency training at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and later completed a two-year fellowship in orbital and ophthalmic plastic surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin.
Dr. Clark has authored and co-authored peer-reviewed journal articles and has presented at ophthalmology and oculoplastic society meetings.
