Dr. Tamara Fountain

Dr. Tamara R. Fountain is a board certified ophthalmologist who specializes in oculoplastics, focusing on cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the eyelids, tear ducts, and surrounding structures. She treats conditions such as blocked tear ducts, eyelid tumors, and offers cosmetic treatments including Botox and chemical peels. Dr. Fountain performs surgery at her Deerfield office suite and at Highland Park Hospital.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Fountain is a Professor at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. She has lectured extensively on reconstructive and cosmetic surgery at scientific meetings nationally and internationally. In 2021, she was elected President of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, reflecting her leadership in the field.
