About Me
Dr. Raza M. Shah is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in retinal and vitreous diseases. He holds subspecialty training through an accredited fellowship and focuses on managing acute, subacute, and chronic retinal disorders. His clinical interests include age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and complex retinal detachments, providing patients with advanced vitreoretinal surgical care.
A Pennsylvania native, Dr. Shah completed his undergraduate education at West Chester University and his medical degree at Drexel University College of Medicine. He remained at Drexel for his ophthalmology residency, where he was honored to serve as Chief Resident. He further pursued fellowship training in vitreoretinal surgery at Associated Retina Consultants in Arizona. Dr. Shah is an active member of professional societies such as the American Society of Retinal Specialists and the American Academy of Ophthalmology.
