Dr. Prashant Yadav

Dr. Prashant Yadav is an ophthalmologist with extensive experience in community ophthalmology, emergency eye care, and eye trauma. He has specialized expertise in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery, including complex eyelid reconstructive surgery, orbital surgery, and lacrimal surgery. His background also includes ocular oncology and care for conditions involving the eyelids, orbit, and ocular surface.

Dr. Yadav earned his medical degree from the University of Pune in 2000 and completed ophthalmology residency at Mohan Eye Institute in 2006. He then completed a three-year clinical fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery and ocular oncology at the Dr. R.P. Center for Ophthalmic Sciences, All India Institute of Medical Sciences, in 2010. In 2013, he completed an additional clinical fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at Massachusetts Eye and Ear. He has held leadership roles in ophthalmic plastic surgery and has practiced in major eye centers, bringing a broad, procedure-focused skillset to patient care.
