Dr. Peter Hurley

Dr. P. Emmett Hurley is an oculofacial plastic surgeon based in Western New York, where he was born and raised. He is committed to serving his local community.

His educational journey includes undergraduate studies at Le Moyne College, a Master's degree in science from SUNY Buffalo, and a Medical Degree from SUNY at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. Dr. Hurley completed a one-year internship and a three-year residency in ophthalmology, followed by a prestigious ASOPRS fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Dr. Hurley is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He specializes in treating eyelid, eyebrow, orbital, and tear duct abnormalities, offering expert care for both functional and aesthetic concerns.
