Meet Dr. Nathan Christopher Steinle

Dr. Nathan Steinle is an ophthalmologist specializing in vitreoretinal surgery and retinal diseases. He provides comprehensive care for conditions such as age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and retinal detachments across multiple locations in Central California.

After completing his ophthalmology residency at the University of Kentucky, Dr. Steinle pursued advanced fellowship training in surgical vitreoretinal diseases at the Cleveland Clinic. He is actively involved in clinical research, serving as a principal investigator for trials focused on new treatments for macular degeneration and diabetes-related eye conditions.

An award-winning physician and educator, Dr. Steinle has received honors including the Wirtschafter Award and is an elected member of the Retina Society. He contributes to the field through publications and participation in global steering committees.
