Dr. Molly Fuller

Dr. Molly Lynn Fuller is the founder of Triad Ocular and Facial Plastic Surgery, specializing in ophthalmic cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. She is one of the few physicians in the region who completed a fellowship certified by the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Her expertise includes functional surgery, cosmetic surgery, and rejuvenation, offering services such as upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lifting, and injectables. Since 2022, she has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor.

Dr. Fuller completed her Oculoplastics and Orbital ASOPRS Fellowship at Mayo Clinic and her Ophthalmology Residency at the University of Michigan's Kellogg Eye Center. She earned both her MD and PhD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and holds a BS in Biology from Cornell University, graduating magna cum laude.

She is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is an active member of several professional societies, including the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Women in Ophthalmology, NC Society of Eye Physicians & Surgeons, and the North Carolina Medical Society.
