Dr. Gary Raflo

Dr. Gary T. Raflo is a board-certified ophthalmologist at Cabarrus Eye Center in Concord, North Carolina. He completed his medical school and residency at the University of Virginia School of Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Oculoplastics at the University of Toronto, Canada.
