Meet Dr. Melissa B Daluvoy

Dr. Melissa B. Daluvoy is a board-certified ophthalmologist and corneal specialist at Duke Health, accepting new adult patients. She is dedicated to preserving and restoring vision through procedures like cataract surgery with premium lenses, corneal transplants, and LASIK. Dr. Daluvoy also treats various ocular surface diseases, including dry eye, graft versus host disease, ocular cicatricial pemphigoid, and limbal stem cell disease.

Her research focuses on finding effective treatments for complex ocular surface conditions and developing surgical options for cornea problems. She utilizes new technologies at Duke to offer unique solutions for her patients. Dr. Daluvoy values the relationships she builds and finds reward in helping patients regain sight and comfort.

In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her two children and running.
