Meet Dr. Marie Helene Errera

Dr. Marie-Hélène Errera is an Associate Professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where she focuses on retinal and vitreous conditions. Her clinical practice encompasses the diagnosis and management of complex retinal disorders, and she serves both adult and pediatric patients through the Retina and Vitreoretinal Surgery Service and the Pediatric Ophthalmology Service.

She holds an MD, a PharmD, and a PhD, and completed fellowships at Médecine Sorbonne University and Moorfields Eye Hospital. Dr. Errera is a member of the American Uveitis Society and contributes to the field as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Ophthalmic Inflammation and Infection. She is committed to patient education and has participated in video discussions to explain retinal disorders and treatments.
