Dr. Kenneth Feldman

Dr. Feldman is an ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic surgery, focusing on conditions and surgeries of the eyelids, eyebrows, tear ducts, and eye sockets. He is one of about 500 members of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) in the United States, which reflects his unique fellowship training and certification in this area. His department has served as a referral center for Kaiser Permanente medical centers in Southern California since 1990, bringing a wealth of experience and the most current techniques to patient care.

A native of Southern California, Dr. Feldman completed his medical training across the United States and in Europe before returning to the region in 1990. He values the collaborative environment at Kaiser Permanente and looks forward to working with patients to address their eye care needs.
