Dr. Elizabeth Chiang is an oculoplastic and reconstructive surgeon who focuses on eyelid and periocular procedures that restore function and enhance appearance. She performs upper and lower blepharoplasty, ptosis repair for droopy eyelids, brow lift procedures, and correction of eyelid malposition such as entropion and ectropion.
