Dr. David Cowen

Dr. David Cowen is an ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic surgery, focusing on conditions affecting the eyelids, tear ducts, and surrounding facial structures. He is board certified in Ophthalmology and a fellow of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS). His practice addresses both medical and cosmetic concerns related to the eyelid, lacrimal system, and orbit.
