About Me
Dr. Courtney Kauh is a board-certified oculoplastic surgeon dedicated to providing personalized care for eyelid and facial conditions. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, she combines her artistic eye with surgical precision, influenced by her background as the daughter of a professional photographer. Her medical journey began at the University of Toledo College of Medicine, where she excelled academically and was inducted into the AOA medical honor society.
She completed her ophthalmology residency at the prestigious Kellogg Eye Center at the University of Michigan, earning the Make A Difference Award for her patient care. Dr. Kauh then pursued a fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, training under a former ASOPRS president. After serving as an Assistant Professor at The Ohio State University for over four years, she founded Columbus Eyelid Plastic Surgery to focus on direct patient-centered care.
Dr. Kauh specializes exclusively in plastic and reconstructive surgery around the eyes, offering both surgical and non-surgical treatments. She is committed to teaching and continues to mentor residents, ensuring that her patients receive comprehensive and expert evaluations tailored to their individual needs.
