Dr. Catherine Hwang

Dr. Catherine J. Hwang is an oculofacial plastic surgeon specializing in eyelid surgery and cosmetic facial procedures. She provides surgical and non-surgical treatments for the eyelids, including upper and lower blepharoplasty, as well as Asian eyelid surgery. Dr. Hwang also offers injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers to address facial aging and conditions like blepharospasm.

Dr. Hwang completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Pennsylvania's Scheie Eye Institute and advanced fellowship training in oculofacial and orbital surgery at the Jules Stein Eye Institute, UCLA. She is an active researcher and educator, having joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2016.
