Meet Dr. Brett Seth Kotlus

Dr. Brett Kotlus is a New York City oculofacial plastic surgeon who specializes in both non-surgical and surgical cosmetic and reconstructive procedures of the eyes and face. He is certified and fellowship-trained in both oculoplastic surgery and general cosmetic surgery, bringing a comprehensive approach to facial aesthetics.

Dr. Kotlus treats a wide range of conditions including droopy eyelids, under-eye bags, dark circles, brow ptosis, and festoons. He performs procedures such as upper and lower blepharoplasty, brow lift, facelift, and non-surgical treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, and laser resurfacing.
