About Me
Dr. Andrew G. Meador is a board-certified ophthalmic surgeon who specializes in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He offers comprehensive care for cosmetic and functional issues of the eyelids and face, helping patients achieve improved appearance and vision.
Dr. Meador earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Mississippi, where he was honored with membership in the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Omega Alpha societies. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Tennessee’s Hamilton Eye Institute in Memphis and further specialized through a two-year ASOPRS fellowship in oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgery with Dr. Ralph Wesley in Nashville and Dr. Chris Fleming in Memphis.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Meador is actively involved in clinical research and has participated in international medical outreach, including lecturing in Africa and training residents in Ethiopia. He is dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care and staying at the forefront of his field.
