About Me
Dr. Alexandra Elliott is an ophthalmologist who serves as the Director of the Pediatric and Adult Oculoplastics Program at Boston Children’s Hospital. She cares for children and adults with a wide range of eye conditions, with a special focus on problems affecting the eyelids, tear ducts, and eye sockets. Her expertise includes oculoplastic surgery, which addresses both functional and cosmetic concerns around the eyes, as well as strabismus (misaligned eyes) and neuro-ophthalmologic conditions.
Dr. Elliott also treats vascular lesions such as hemangiomas that involve the eye area. She is an Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School and sees patients at Boston Children’s Hospital in Boston, with additional locations in Lexington and Waltham. Her approach emphasizes comprehensive, family-centered care, and she works closely with each patient to develop a tailored treatment plan for their unique needs.
