About Me
Dr. William L. White is a board-certified ophthalmologist who specializes in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery. He treats a range of conditions including eyelid cancer, tear duct disorders, eye socket tumors, and thyroid-related eye disease. Dr. White performs surgical procedures on the eyelids, tear drainage apparatus, and eye socket to address these issues.
Dr. White received his medical degree from Saint Louis University and completed his ophthalmology residency at Brooke Army Medical Center. He then pursued a fellowship in Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School. Throughout his career, Dr. White has been recognized with awards from the American Academy of Ophthalmology, including the Honor Award and the Outstanding Humanitarian Service Award. He also volunteers with a mission in Haiti, providing eye care to underserved communities.
