Dr. Julia Thomas Elpers is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculoplastic and reconstructive surgeon at Midwest Eye Center in Louisville. She specializes in medical and aesthetic care of the eyelids, eyebrows, tear ducts, and orbit, combining meticulous surgical technique with a natural-looking approach to facial rejuvenation.
