About Me

Dr. Bortz is an ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastics, orbital surgery, and ocular trauma at Westchester Medical Center. He has cared for and performed surgery on more than 7,000 patients, focusing on conditions affecting the eyelids, tear ducts, and the area around the eyes.

His clinical work includes treating orbital fractures, periocular trauma, orbital and periocular tumors, infections, eyelid malpositions, and lacrimal disorders.
