Dr. Iuri Golubev

Dr. Iuri S. Golubev is an ophthalmologist specializing in retinal and vitreous disorders. He serves patients at the Retina Center in Albuquerque and at the Roswell location, providing focused care for conditions affecting the retina and vitreous of the eye.

Dr. Golubev completed his medical education at the Nicolae Testemitanu State University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Chisinau, Moldova. He then pursued a general surgery internship at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, followed by an ophthalmology residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis.

He advanced his expertise through a vitreoretinal surgery fellowship at Louisiana State University in New Orleans. Dr. Golubev is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Retina Specialists, aligning his practice with leading professional organizations in eye care.
