Meet Dr. Howard Nicholas Straub

Dr. Howard Straub is a board-certified ophthalmologist with over 40 years of experience in refractive surgery. He has performed more than 60,000 laser vision correction procedures and 35,000 refractive procedures, making him one of the most experienced refractive surgeons in the United States. He is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Straub has taught surgical skills to over 500 eye surgeons worldwide and is the co-author of an ophthalmic textbook. He has supervised numerous FDA clinical trials and is trusted by thousands of patients, including fellow doctors, pilots, athletes, and military personnel.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Straub served for 22 years as an FAA Senior Aviation Medical Examiner. He is dedicated to providing patient-first care and improving lives through vision correction.
