Meet Dr. Byung-Joon Ahn

Dr. Byung-Joon Ahn is a retina specialist who brings a compassionate and technologically advanced approach to eye care, treating each patient as he would his own family. His journey in eye care began as an optometrist, which gives him a unique perspective on both medical and surgical retina conditions. He then pursued advanced degrees in public health and health care management, followed by his medical degree and specialized training in ophthalmology and retina.

Dr. Ahn completed his ophthalmology residency at New York Hospital of Queens, Cornell Medical College, and New York Medical College, and then went on to a prestigious medical retina fellowship at the Bascom Palmer Institute in Miami. This extensive training allows him to offer comprehensive care for a wide range of retinal diseases.
