Meet Dr. Brian Keith Privett

Dr. Brian Privett is an ophthalmologist practicing at Iowa Eye Center in Cedar Rapids. He joined the practice in 2011 after completing his ophthalmology residency at the University of Iowa, having attended medical school at the University of Missouri. Dr. Privett provides comprehensive eye care, including the diagnosis and management of a wide range of eye conditions and performing routine eye examinations.

Dr. Privett is actively involved in organized medicine, having served as a past president of both the Iowa Medical Society and the Iowa Academy of Ophthalmology. He currently represents Iowa on the delegation to the American Medical Association. In his personal time, he is dedicated to his community, serving as a Cubmaster and on the board of directors for Orchestra Iowa.
