About Me
Dr. Alison Callahan is an oculoplastics surgeon who evaluates and treats conditions involving the eyelids, orbit, and lacrimal (tear drainage) system. She offers both medical and surgical care, including reconstruction for eyelid malposition, repair after skin cancer removal, treatment of tear duct disorders, and evaluation and management of orbital tumors and related reconstruction. She also provides aesthetic consultations for cosmetic eyelid surgery and minimally invasive facial rejuvenation such as Botox and filler treatments.
Dr. Callahan graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University and earned her medical degree from Columbia University, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Society. She completed ophthalmology residency training at Harvard University and then pursued subspecialty fellowship training in Manhattan at Columbia, Cornell, New York University, and Manhattan Eye Ear and Throat Hospital. She also serves as an assistant professor of ophthalmology at Tufts University School of Medicine.
