What counts as a completed check?

A check where Avery returns a verified eligibility result for a patient on your schedule. Shadow-mode checks during onboarding aren't billed.

What's the setup deposit?

A one-time $1,000 to reserve your build — it covers EHR/PM configuration, payer mapping, provider/NPI setup, write-back wiring to your statuses, staff training, and the first two weeks of tuning. It's credited straight back against your first completed checks once you're live, so for an active practice it nets to nothing. Invoiced only at go-live — if we never go live, you don't pay it.

Are there per-seat or monthly fees?

No. Every staff member can use the workspace. After the setup deposit is credited to your first checks, you pay only for completed checks.

Is there a contract or minimum?

No long-term contract. You only go live after shadow mode earns your trust, and you can pause anytime.
