Dr. Justin C. Torosian is a board-certified pediatric ophthalmologist and adult strabismus specialist. He earned his medical degree at Sidney Kimmel Medical College (Thomas Jefferson University), completed ophthalmology residency at the West Virginia University Eye Institute—where he received multiple Best Patient Care awards and was named Resident of the Year—and then completed fellowship training in pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. Dr. Torosian cares for children and adults with misalignment, lazy eye, and pediatric lens disorders, and he coordinates closely with families to create clear, age-appropriate treatment plans. His clinical interests include amblyopia, a full range of strabismus problems, retinopathy of prematurity, and pediatric cataracts. Srimathy Jain, MBBS, is a pediatric ophthalmologist who cares for infants, children, and adolescents with a wide range of medical and surgical eye conditions. Families value her gentle communication style and step-by-step explanations, from the first exam to treatment and follow-up. Dr. Jain provides team-based care for children with complex needs and coordinates closely with pediatric specialists when eye problems are linked to neurologic or systemic conditions. Dr. Jain completed ophthalmology training in India and advanced fellowship training at the Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins. As an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology, she offers evidence-based care for strabismus, pediatric cataracts, and vision problems related to prematurity. Her goal is to protect visual development, support comfortable binocular vision, and help children return to the activities they love.
