Dr. Bryce Radmall is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in aesthetic and plastic surgery services. He is named one of Portland’s Top Doctors in 2022 by Portland Monthly Magazine and is a certified ASOPRS member, indicating expertise in oculoplastic surgery. Dr. Radmall grew up in Ogden, Utah and completed his undergraduate studies at Weber State University, graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Zoology and a B.A. in Spanish. He received the Graduate of the Year Award from the College of Arts and Humanities and the Department of Zoology. He attended the University of Utah School of Medicine, graduating with the highest honors and being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. His residency in ophthalmology was completed at Oregon Health and Science University’s Casey Eye Institute, and he pursued fellowship training at the University of Iowa, where he received the Fellow of the Year Award and the PJ Leinfelder Research Award. Fluent in Spanish, Dr. Radmall is committed to patient care across language barriers. In his personal time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, sharing a love for music and exploring Oregon's natural beauty through activities like golf, basketball, and camping.

Dr. Tara Goecks is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculoplastic surgeon in Bend. An Ivy League alumna, she graduated with honors from the University of Pennsylvania and served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Burkina Faso before pursuing medicine. She earned her MD at the University of Vermont College of Medicine, completed a surgical internship at the Medical University of South Carolina and an ophthalmology residency at the Storm Eye Institute, and was selected for an elite ASOPRS-approved oculoplastic surgery fellowship through Vanderbilt University and the University of Tennessee in Memphis under leaders in the field. Dr. Goecks provides both cosmetic and reconstructive eyelid, lacrimal, and orbital care with a thoughtful, patient-first approach. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and an active member of ASOPRS and the Oregon Academy of Ophthalmology. Outside the clinic, she enjoys time outdoors with her rescue dog and remains committed to surgical outreach and teaching.

Dr. Davin C. Ashraf is an oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon at OHSU’s Casey Eye Institute. He treats disorders of the eyelids, orbit, and tear drainage system, offering both functional and cosmetic solutions tailored to each patient’s needs. Dr. Ashraf earned his medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, completed an internal medicine internship at Kaiser Permanente San Francisco, and finished ophthalmology residency at the University of California, San Francisco. He then completed a two-year ASOPRS fellowship in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery at UCSF. Patients value his careful exam, clear explanations, and collaborative approach to planning procedures that restore comfort, function, and appearance. He is also interested in improving the technological interface between patients and providers to make eye care easier to access and navigate.
