Dr. Devon Cohen is a neuro-ophthalmologist at Cleveland Clinic’s Cole Eye Institute who cares for adults with vision problems that arise from conditions affecting the brain, nerves, and eye movement systems. She completed a fellowship at Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, a residency at the Mayo Clinic, an internship at the University of Miami at JFK Hospital, medical education at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, and undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University. She is board certified in Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Cohen evaluates complex symptoms like sudden vision loss, double vision, visual field defects, and optic nerve swelling. She partners closely with colleagues across neurology and ophthalmology to deliver precise diagnoses and evidence-based treatments, and she takes time to explain findings and next steps so patients feel informed and supported throughout their care.

Nelli Galoyan, MD, is a neuro-ophthalmologist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center who cares for patients with vision problems caused by optic nerve and brain disorders. She commonly evaluates double vision, irregular eye movements, and pupillary abnormalities, and works closely with neurology and other specialties to deliver coordinated care. Her training includes residency and fellowships in ophthalmology and neuro-ophthalmology, most recently at Duke University Medical Center and at Ohio State. Dr. Galoyan’s approach is to treat the whole person, not just the disease. She partners with patients and families to choose treatments that align with their needs and values, and she enjoys teaching medical students and residents as part of her academic role. Her research interests include optic nerve treatments and advancing ophthalmic imaging to better understand disease. She also speaks Armenian and Russian and welcomes patients from diverse backgrounds.

Dr. Luai T. Eldweik is a staff physician in the Ophthalmology Department of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Integrated Surgical Institute. He cares for both children and adults, with an emphasis on pediatric eye conditions and complex disorders that can affect vision, eye alignment, and eye movements. Dr. Eldweik has a special interest in comprehensive pediatric ophthalmology, pediatric and adult strabismus, nasolacrimal (tearing) problems, and neuro-ophthalmic disorders such as double vision, optic neuropathies, facial spasms, and pseudotumor cerebri. He also treats a broad range of related conditions, including pediatric myopia and orbital tumors. He received his medical degree from October Six University in Egypt, completed ophthalmology residency training with Jordanian Royal Medical Services, and pursued fellowship training at Harvard Medical School (pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus) and the University of Minnesota (neuro-ophthalmology).
