Dr. Shravani Mikkilineni is a fellowship-trained oculoplastic surgeon specializing in reconstructive, functional, and cosmetic surgery of the eyelids, orbit, and periocular region. She treats droopy eyelids, eyelid malpositions, thyroid eye disease, tear-duct problems, orbital tumors and trauma, and offers a full spectrum of cosmetic eyelid and facial rejuvenation procedures. Her goal is to deliver natural-looking results and restore comfort, function, and confidence with meticulous technique and clear communication. A Michigan native, Dr. Mikkilineni earned her undergraduate degree from Harvard University and completed medical school at the University of Michigan, where she also received an MBA. She completed an internship and ophthalmology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, followed by a two-year American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) fellowship at the Casey Eye Institute, Oregon Health & Science University. She enjoys teaching and mentoring trainees and is active across multiple hospital and surgical centers in Southeast Michigan.

Dr. Shannon S. Joseph is a board-certified, fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon who specializes exclusively in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the eyes and face. She treats concerns that affect both appearance and comfort, and she designs surgical and non-surgical plans with attention to natural results and long-term function. Her expertise includes upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, ptosis (droopy eyelid) repair, Asian eyelid surgery, brow and forehead lifting, tear-duct procedures, eyelid malposition repair, skin cancer reconstruction, and lacrimal and orbital surgery. She also offers non-surgical treatments such as Botox and facial fillers. Dr. Joseph earned her medical degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, completed ophthalmology residency training at the Wilmer Eye Institute at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and completed subspecialty fellowship training in Oculofacial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Michigan.

Dr. Brittany Simmons is an ophthalmologist specializing in oculoplastic, orbital, and reconstructive surgery. She treats conditions affecting the eyelids and orbit, and helps patients address both functional problems—such as droopy eyelids or eyelid malposition—and reconstructive needs after injury or skin cancer. She also offers cosmetic-focused care tailored to each patient’s goals. Her clinical interests include blepharoplasty, ptosis repair, browplasty, ectropion and entropion repair, evaluation of orbital masses, orbital inflammation, and thyroid eye disease. Dr. Elaine Downie is a clinical assistant professor of Ophthalmology at the University of Michigan Health's W.K. Kellogg Eye Center. She specializes in oculoplastic surgery, caring for conditions that affect the eyelids, tear ducts, orbit (eye socket), and surrounding structures. Patients see her for problems such as drooping eyelids, blocked tear ducts, orbital tumors, thyroid eye disease, and trauma-related injuries. She provides both surgical and non-surgical treatments with a focus on protecting vision, restoring function, and improving comfort. Dr. Downie sees patients at the Oculoplastic Surgery Clinic in Ann Arbor and at the Brighton Center for Specialty Care. She earned her medical degree from the University of Minnesota in 2017, completed an ophthalmology residency at the University of Wisconsin in 2021, and pursued fellowship training in Oculofacial Plastic Surgery at the University of Wisconsin, finishing in 2023. Dr. Downie is board-certified in Ophthalmology. Dr. Jasmina Bajric is a board-certified ophthalmologist and oculofacial plastic and reconstructive surgeon who focuses her surgical expertise on the delicate anatomy of the face, eyelids, and eye socket. She provides both functional and cosmetic care, with an emphasis on listening carefully and tailoring treatment to each patient’s goals. Dr. Bajric completed her ophthalmology residency at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, graduating at the top of her class and receiving the John Dyer Graduation Award. She also completed additional oculoplastic training at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London and an oculoplastic and orbital surgery fellowship through the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery (ASOPRS) at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She previously served as an assistant professor and led oculoplastic and orbital surgery at the University of South Florida and Tampa General Hospital. In 2021, she joined Eye Plastic and Facial Cosmetic Surgery in Grand Rapids.

Dr. Robert Beaulieu is an ophthalmologist with a focus on oculofacial and periocular care. His clinical interests include surgical procedures of the eyelids and eyebrows, cosmetic surgery of the eyelid and periocular region, and specialized care involving the orbit and lacrimal system. He also treats conditions such as thyroid eye disease and orbital inflammation. Dr. Beaulieu completed medical school at Wright State University School of Medicine, followed by residency training at the University of Texas Southwestern, and fellowship training at Kresge Eye Institute. He is also involved in academic work and research, with publications spanning eyelid surgery outcomes and other topics in ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery.
