Stephen L. Ambrose, MD, is a glaucoma specialist who partners with patients to prevent vision loss and simplify care. He treats open-angle, angle-closure, and secondary glaucomas using the full toolkit—from drops and laser to MIGS, trabeculectomy, and tube shunts—and coordinates cataract surgery when it can improve both vision and pressure control. Dr. Ambrose completed a glaucoma fellowship at Emory Eye Center after residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center and medical school at the University of South Alabama. He focuses on clear explanations, realistic expectations, and close follow-up so patients understand their options and feel confident in the plan.

Dr. Anita Campbell is a board-certified, fellowship-trained ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract and glaucoma care, including complex glaucoma cases. She partners with patients to preserve vision through careful monitoring, clear education, and a treatment plan that matches the severity of disease and the patient’s daily needs. Dr. Campbell is a graduate of the University of Kansas School of Medicine and completed her ophthalmology residency in 2014. She pursued additional glaucoma fellowship training at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She has participated in clinical research efforts that have led to published articles and presentations at national and international meetings. Dr. Campbell provides care in English and also speaks Spanish and Hindi.

Dr. Neeti Alapati is a board-certified glaucoma specialist and comprehensive ophthalmologist serving the Kansas City metro. She provides advanced glaucoma care—medical, laser, and surgical—and offers cataract surgery with attention to individualized visual goals. Patients appreciate her approachable style, clear explanations, and commitment to community, including service at the Kansas City VA and educational roles training future ophthalmologists. A Kansas City native, Dr. Alapati completed the combined BA/MD program at the University of Missouri–Kansas City, ophthalmology residency at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, and a glaucoma fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis. She also contributes as an oral board examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology and as a volunteer clinical faculty member at the University of Kansas Health System.

Dr. Jamie Dietze-Regier is a board-certified ophthalmologist with a special focus on glaucoma care at Genstler Eye Center. She enjoys caring for patients and the opportunity to improve quality of life, bringing expertise in both medical and surgical options for glaucoma. Dr. Dietze-Regier completed medical school at the University of Nebraska and went on to West Virginia University for ophthalmology residency and a fellowship in glaucoma. In addition to comprehensive glaucoma management, she offers cataract surgery tailored to your visual goals, including premium intraocular lenses, and provides modern treatments for dry eye.
