He is also a dedicated teacher and mentor, guiding students and residents in managing chronic eye diseases. She served as a clinical research fellow at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, completed ophthalmology residency training in Puerto Rico, and then pursued a glaucoma fellowship at the Kresge Eye Institute at Wayne State University. After relocating to South Florida, she joined the team at Eye Associates of Boca Raton, where she focuses on helping patients protect vision and preserve quality of life through attentive, patient-centered care.
