Dr. Tom Kornhauser is an ophthalmologist with advanced training in oculoplastic and reconstructive surgery. Born in Israel, he graduated summa cum laude from Semmelweis University in Budapest, completed an internship at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center, and an ophthalmology residency at Soroka University Medical Center. He then pursued a local oculoplastics fellowship at Hadassah Medical Center in Jerusalem. Dr. Kornhauser completed an Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (Jones Eye Institute). He treats disorders of the eyelids, tear drainage system, and orbit, providing reconstructive solutions that restore function and appearance after disease or injury. He enjoys the blend of precision and creativity inherent to oculoplastic surgery and contributes to education and research in an academic environment. Away from the clinic, he is active in community service through Special Olympics’ Opening Eyes program.

H. Barron Heymann, MD, is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained oculofacial plastic surgeon. As founder of Natural State Aesthetics in Fayetteville, he created a practice dedicated exclusively to Oculofacial Plastic Surgery—combining meticulous eyelid and facial surgery with a warm, patient-first experience. Dr. Heymann cares for both functional and cosmetic concerns, including droopy lids that limit vision, eyelid malpositions, tear-duct problems, eyelid and periocular skin cancers, and age-related changes around the eyes. Patients value his thoughtful consultations, careful attention to safety, and results that look natural and feel like themselves.Dr. Heymann earned his MD at the University of Texas Medical School in the Texas Medical Center, completed an ophthalmology residency at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, and finished an ASOPRS-approved oculofacial plastic surgery fellowship in San Antonio, Texas.
